Our Hemel Hempstead based client are recruiting for someone to join them 2/3 days a week on an ongoing basis. This is a standalone role, where you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll of 600 staff. Responsibilities:Maintain accurate payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefitsCalculate wages, overtime, pensions, and statutory payments (e.g. SSP, SMP, SPP)Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislationSubmit Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRCManage tax codes, National Insurance contributions, and student loan deductionsHandle payroll queries from employees in a timely and professional mannerReconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and issue payslips, P60s, and P45sLiaise with HR and finance teams regarding employee data changesSupport audits and ensure payroll data accuracy and securityMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee informationKey Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in payroll administration (preferred)Knowledge of UK pay...</description>
