Bureau Payroll Manager / Accountancy Practice - Bournemouth (Salary £34,000 - £40,000 per annum) Are you a diligent and organised Payroll Officer looking for your next challenge? I''m partnering with a friendly and well-established accountancy practice with a close-knit, sociable team. Due to the current Payroll Manager relocating they are recruiting a replacement. The Role You will provide a comprehensive payroll and pensions service, managing your own portfolio of clients and ensuring all payroll processes are completed accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include: Processing end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients Completing month-end and year-end payroll procedures Administering statutory payments including SSP and SMP RTI submissions and payroll compliance reporting Managing pension administration and auto-enrolment activities To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous payroll experience within a payroll bureau or accountancy practice environment Alternatively, substantial payroll experience gained within a high-volume payroll setting Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, statutory payments and pensions administration Experience using a variety of payroll software packages What''s on Offer?
