NoryWhat You’ll OwnClient partnership: Act as the go-to payroll contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, processing and ongoing supportProcessing: Manage the full payroll pipeline (from pre-sale through live), partner with Sales and CS, and own client payroll calendarsBureau management: Coordinate with our external payroll bureau to ensure accurate and timely processing for all client accountsCompliance and regulation: Keep payroll processes compliant with HMRC, PAYE, NI, pensions, holiday pay, and other regulations. Stay on top of legislative changes and drive updates internallyProcess improvement: Standardise workflows across clients, streamline for efficiency, and partner with Product/Engineering to help shape smarter payroll toolsInternal expertise: Be the in-house payroll expert, answering queries and ensuring teams have the right documentation and guidanceWhat You’ll BringExcellent knowledge of UK and Ireland payroll legislation; US payroll knowledge is a plusExperience in client-facing payroll roles, ideally within a bureau or agency setupConfidence with payroll systems, HMRC submissions, BACS, Auto Enrolment, P11Ds, and payroll journalsSolid Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelOrganisational skills and attention to detail - you thrive when juggling multiple client deadlinesClear, confident communicator who can work across clients, third parties, and internal teamsA sense of ownership: when you spot a problem, you fix itStartup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hatsWhat you’ll get in returnCompetitive salary range depending on experienceEquity at our Series A valuation35 days of paid leave per year (including bank holidays)Comprehensive private health insuranceEnhanced parental leave and baby loss supportLearning and development culture – €1000 personal annual budget + quarterly book budget€250 home office workspace budgetRegular team offsites and socialsCo-working office space in London or DublinAnd much moreHow We WorkOur vision is to build a better future for the restaurant industry.
