This is much more than a processing role; you will be the subject matter expert within the business, providing guidance on complex payroll matters, supporting the wider Finance and HR teams, and acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders.You will have the opportunity to review and improve existing payroll processes, introduce efficiencies, strengthen controls, and ensure the business remains fully compliant with changing legislation.
