As a Payroll Manager, you will oversee payroll activity within the Retail sector, helping ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. You will work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to keep payroll processes organised and reliable.

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain payroll records and employee data, keeping information complete and up to date.
• Review payroll figures before processing to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with the Accounting & Finance department to provide clear payroll information.
• Respond to payroll queries promptly and provide practical guidance to employees.
• Prepare regular payroll reports to support accurate financial records.
• Improve day-to-day payroll processes to maintain efficient and consistent delivery.

Profile

A successful ''Payroll Manager'' should have:

• Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing payroll data and calculations.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee and payroll records.
• Experience resolving payroll queries in a clear and timely way.
• Confidence preparing payroll reports and explaining figures.
