Payroll Senior Manager Location: London / North West London Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Accountancy Practice / Professional Services An ambitious and rapidly growing Chartered Accountancy and outsourcing group is looking for an experienced Payroll Senior Manager to lead, develop and grow its UK payroll function. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an experienced payroll professional who can combine strong technical knowledge with team management, client service and commercial responsibility. The successful candidate will already be managing a payroll team and will have extensive experience delivering accurate UK payroll services across a varied client portfolio. The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and continued development of the payroll function, including: Managing weekly, monthly and annual UK payrolls across a varied client portfolio. Overseeing starters, leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP and other statutory payroll requirements. Leading and developing both UK and offshore payroll team members. Reviewing payroll output to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. Managing new client onboarding and payroll implementation. Establishing effective controls, review procedures and processes. Managing client SLAs and ensuring consistently high service standards.
