You’ll be the business’s dedicated payroll expert, reporting directly to the Finance Director and working closely with HR across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end monthly payroll for c.300 employees. Process varied pay including commission, bonuses, overtime, shift premiums, pensions, benefits and statutory payments. Manage RTI submissions, PAYE/NIC, P11Ds, P60s and auto-enrolment. Complete payroll reconciliations, journals and management reporting. Improve and automate payroll processes, moving from manual input towards data uploads and integrations. Develop controls, validation checks, payroll calendars and documented procedures.
