Payroll Manager

to lead and enhance our payroll function.The RoleThis is a key leadership position responsible for delivering a comprehensive payroll service across the organisation. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the full payroll lifecycle while supporting a positive employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:Managing the end-to-end payroll process and overseeing pensions administrationActing as the main liaison with our external payroll and pensions provider (MHR)Implementing pay awards, bonuses, and recognition schemesProviding data insights to support decision-makingCoaching and developing a small in-house payroll teamAbout YouWe are looking for a proven payroll professional with:Significant experience of Payroll Systems preferably
