      <description>Location: Wantage | Salary: &amp;pound;60000 - &amp;pound;64000/annum + 15% annual bonus | Type: Permanent | Your new company   Seeking a Payroll Manager to join a global manufacturing organisation in South Oxfordshire. You will take responsibility for the accurate and compliant delivery of seven UK payrolls. Managing a team of four payroll professionals, you will provide leadership, development and technical expertise whilst driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the payroll function.   Working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5hours per week) Fully office-based  Your new role    Assist in the delivery of end-to-end monthly UK &amp; EMEA payrolls for c.500 employees across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.  Process and review all payroll inputs, including salary adjustments, overtime, bonuses, deductions, pensions, auto-enrolment, and statutory payments.  Review and validate payroll data through detailed reconciliations, variance analysis, and control account balancing.  Produce payroll-related reports, journals, and support financial control processes.
