Payroll Manager (Payroll Benefits in Kind) Location: Solihull (hybrid) Salary: 45,000 DOEAshley Kate HR and Finance are delighted to be partnering with our client to recruit a Payroll Manager to lead a key payroll change programme focused on the implementation of Payroll Benefits in Kind (PBIK) within their SAP payroll environment.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with upcoming HMRC requirements, working closely with Payroll, HR, Reward, Finance, IT and external partners to deliver a successful project by April 2027.As Payroll Manager, you will act as the payroll subject matter expert, supporting the design, implementation and delivery of Payroll Benefits in Kind within the existing SAP ECC Payroll system.You will work across multiple business functions to gather requirements, support system configuration and testing activities, and ensure a smooth and compliant transition.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of Payroll Benefits in Kind (PBIK) within SAP ECC PayrollGather and document business requirements across Payroll, HR, Finance and Reward teamsWork closely with IT and third-party providers during system design and configurationCoordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Manage project risks, issues and stakeholder communicationsProvide regular progress updates and reportingSupport business readiness and successful delivery ahead of the April 2027 deadlineWe''re keen to speak ..... full job details .....
