There is also genuine potential for the position to become permanent.The RoleReporting into the head of payroll - you''ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an accurate and compliant monthly payroll for circa 15,000 employees.This role is heavily focused on technical payroll knowledge, systems and process improvement rather than people management, although previous supervisory experience would be advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and supporting the end-to-end payroll processEnsuring payroll accuracy, compliance and adherence to legislationWorking with iTrent and Excel to analyse, reconcile and improve payroll processesSupporting payroll system implementations, upgrades and enhancementsIdentifying opportunities to streamline and improve payroll operationsActing as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries and ..... full job details .....
