Interim UK Payroll Manager (SD Worx)Central London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite) Contract: 3-5 Months Immediate Start AvailableThe OpportunityWe are currently partnering with a global, market-leading manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Interim UK Payroll Manager for a 3-5 month contract.This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of the UK payroll function during a critical period, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery within a complex, high-volume environment.Experience with SD Worx payroll systems is essential.Key Responsibilities - UK Payroll ManagerOwn and deliver end-to-end UK payroll (high-volume, complex environment)Lead payroll processing using SD Worx (essential)Ensure full compliance with HMRC, PAYE, NIC, pensions and statutory requirementsManage payroll deadlines, reconciliations, and reporting cyclesAct as the go-to expert for payroll across Finance, HR, and external partnersIdentify issues quickly and implement practical solutionsStrengthen controls and support audit readinessDrive process improvements and efficiency where possibleSupport or lead any ongoing payroll projects / system optimisationWhat we''re looking forProven track record as an Interim Payroll Manager / Senior Payroll LeadStrong hands-on UK payroll delivery experienceSD Worx system expertise (this is a must-have)Experience in large, complex or multi-entity payroll environmentsAbility to hit the ground running with minimal onboardingAvailable to start ..... full job details .....
