Payroll Manager Salary: £55,000 £65,000 Location: Leicestershire Hybrid Contract: 12-month fixed-term, Take the lead in a business that values its people If you re an experienced Payroll Manager who enjoys supporting a team and making a real difference, this is a chance to take ownership of a busy, important function in a people-led business. You ll lead two Payroll Assistants and oversee 11 monthly payrolls covering around 2,000 colleagues. You ll have the support to deliver payroll accurately and on time, while helping shape improvements and prepare the business for a new payroll system. The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
