Payroll Manager
Beyond Talent are delighted to be supporting a growing and fast paced organisation with hiring a Payroll Manager to join their finance team. This is a standalone position, which will grow over time, and would suit someone with solid end to end experience looking to expand their role.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full monthly payroll cycle and ensure compliance with regulations Verify timesheets against rosters and resolve any discrepancies Process accurate and timely employee payments Administer payroll-related benefits such as healthcare, vehicle, and fuel Maintain up-to-date payroll and employee records Handle queries and disputes promptly Prepare and deliver departmental reports Collaborate with the on-site finance team and coordinate remotely with HR and service managers To be successfully considered, you will bring the following skills and experience: Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, HMRC reporting and compliance Confident in handling payroll queries and problem-solving Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident using payroll systems and Excel Please apply now if this sounds of interest, or get in touch to ask any questions! ..... full job details .....
