The main role of the Payroll Manager is to process several of the individual company payrolls on a monthly basis, ensuring all information and records relating to payroll are up to date. Ensure payroll is processed on a monthly basis for approximately 500 staff employed over approximately 11 separate company payrolls, liaising with HR and on-site Property Administrators to ensure correct information is given in a timely manner. Ad hoc reporting to Finance Teams and to the Finance Director/Controller. Review process with appropriate reconciliations in place for payroll and final sign off by Financial Controller/Finance Director. Ensure the monthly payment of staff salaries via Sage Supplier Salary Module. Maintain all payroll records electronically and hard copies where necessary.
