Payroll Manager and HR SupportNottingham Hybrid Working 12 Month FTC - Maternity CoverSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOEHybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFHFull time: 37 hours per weekPart-time considered: 4 day equivalent hours with flexibility across the weekAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll and HR professional to join a highly regarded international professional services business within a broad and varied operational role.This position combines payroll management, HR administration, and employee support responsibilities within a collaborative, supportive and fast-paced environment.The role supports approximately 250 employees across multiple countries and would suit someone who enjoys balancing payroll operations with wider HR responsibilities while working closely with both employees and leadership teams.Payroll expertise is the key requirement for the role, although the day to day operational workload includes significant HR administration and employee support activity.You will work closely with payroll providers, employees, managers and the HR team to ensure smooth and accurate payroll and HR operations across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPayrollManaging monthly payroll processes across multiple countriesCoordinating payroll inputs, approvals and calculationsSupporting payroll compliance and year end activityUploading payroll information to banking systemsManaging pensions, deductions and employee benefits administrationHandling payroll ..... full job details .....
