Shared Services Payroll ManagerManchester Airport Area (Hybrid Working)£55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus and Excellent BenefitsPermanentThe RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a large and complex organisation operating within a fast-paced shared services environment.Leading an established payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant delivery of payroll services across multiple legal entities and business divisions. This is a highly visible leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence payroll strategy, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the ongoing development of the payroll function.Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Operations, you will play a key role in maintaining payroll excellence whilst supporting business growth and change.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and motivate a payroll team within a shared services environmentEnsure the accurate and timely delivery of multiple payrollsMaintain compliance with payroll legislation and HMRC requirementsManage payroll projects, process improvements and system enhancementsOversee payroll reconciliations, audits and year-end processesSupport team development through coaching and mentoringBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholdersDrive efficiencies and continuous improvement across payroll operationsEnsure payroll processes remain scalable and fit for future growthAbout YouProven Payroll ..... full job details .....
