You''ll ensure compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service, helping to position GXO as a destination employer.This is a full-time permanent position. The role is remote with occasional travel to site. You''ll be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00 or 08:00-16:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!Pay, benefits and more:We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service.What you''ll do on a typical day:Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll queries, policies, and systems to managers and colleaguesProcess payroll data accurately and on time, meeting agreed Service Level AgreementsHandle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretionMonitor and track payroll activities, proactively resolving issues before they impact deadlinesSupport key activities such as end-of-year reporting, pay reviews, and HRIS updatesWhat you need to succeed at ..... full job details .....
