Job Title: Payroll Implementation Assistant ManagerLocation: UK-wide with flexible/remote working optionsSalary: Circa £45,000 + benefitsType: Full-time, PermanentRole OverviewThis role will focus on the end-to-end implementation and transition of global payrolls, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth delivery. You will play a key role in managing payroll projects, supporting operational delivery, and driving continuous improvement across processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of international payrolls, ensuring delivery in line with project plans and timelinesOversee payroll activities during transition phases, managing risks and resolving issues proactivelySupport day-to-day payroll operations to ensure deadlines and service levels are consistently metOwn and maintain payroll process documentation, ensuring accuracy and standardisationAct as a key liaison for payroll partners, ensuring compliance with local requirementsContribute to the development of a central knowledge base for international payroll processes and legislationLead testing phases including system testing, parallel runs, and post-go-live reviewsIdentify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalabilityProvide guidance to junior team members and support issue resolution during implementationsExperience and SkillsStrong payroll experience, ideally with exposure to international or global environmentsExperience ..... full job details .....
