A Professional Services Consultant - Payroll Implementation (Payroll, Implementation, Salesforce, HCM, Remote) is required by a leading HCM software vendor delivering employee-focused solutions on the Salesforce platform. Requirements

At least 3 years'' experience delivering or Implementing payroll implementations.

Strong understanding of UK payroll and tax regulations.

Previous consultancy experience and the ability to work with Project Managers and Solution Architects.

Technical aptitude to grasp and explain Salesforce and payroll system functionality.

Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and deliver multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, you will deliver payroll projects using the HCM software vendor''s Implementation Methodology, from discovery and design through to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

You''ll work closely with clients, Project Managers, and Technical Consultants to implement payroll, timesheets, overtime, and expenses.

You''ll also support documentation and recommend process improvements, ensuring successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
