This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with HR administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a real impact across the employee lifecycle.The Role:Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process while supporting a broad range of HR administration activities. You''ll ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, maintain HR records, support onboarding activities, and help ensure compliance with employment and payroll legislation.Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll, including starters, leavers and contractual changesManage overtime, bonuses, deductions and timesheet dataAdminister statutory payments and pension auto-enrolmentSubmit RTI information to HMRC and manage payroll deductionsProduce payroll reports, reconciliations, P60s and support P11D reportingMaintain employee records and HR system dataPrepare contracts, offer letters and HR correspondenceSupport recruitment, onboarding and right-to-work checksMonitor absence and holiday records and produce management reportsSupport employee relations administration and benefits processesEnsure payroll and HR activities comply with current ..... full job details .....
