You will also be involved in driving reward initiatives and process improvements, while utilising a range of HRIS and payroll platforms to optimise efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end processing of monthly payroll for UK employees (and potential international entities).Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, statutory deductions, RTI submissions, and year-end processes (P60, P11D).Reconcile payroll reports and address discrepancies promptly.Partner with finance on reconciliations and audits.HR Administration and SystemsMaintain accurate employee records within multiple HR systems and payroll platforms.Support with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contractual changes, and terminations.Ensure data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and benefits ..... full job details .....
