Working as part of a supportive payroll team, you will manage end-to-end payroll processes while building strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with current legislation.Your responsibilities will include:Input payroll data as required, including running audit and validation checks and interfacing with General Ledger and pension systemsMonitor and process statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, and other entitlementsComplete year-end payroll reporting where applicableMaintain and update time and attendance systems (BMS)Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including auto-enrolment compliance, for a portfolio of clientsRespond to payroll related queries, acting as a trusted point of contact for clientsProvide support for payroll enquiriesPerform peer reviews of payroll outputsSupport general administrative tasks and contribute to the wider payroll teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, HMRC, and third-party providersCommunicate effectively across the payroll function and wider ..... full job details .....
