Payroll Executive

We are currently partnered with one of the world''s largest tax, consulting & accountancy organisations who are seeking for a Payroll Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services to a varied client portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to high-quality payroll delivery within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across a portfolio of clients
• Ensure all payrolls are completed accurately and in line with UK legislation and deadlines
• Process starters, leavers, timesheets, deductions, and statutory payments
• Submit RTI filings and maintain accurate, audit-ready payroll records
• Produce payroll reports and support month-end and year-end activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
• Handle payroll queries and provide clear, professional guidance to clients
• Perform manual payroll calculations when required
