Payroll Elite have partnered with a global professional services company who are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join their growing team. This role offers hybrid working after a successful probation period and the opportunity to work with an international client base.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an international client portfolio, including start-ups, delivering accurate and timely payroll services.
- Work collaboratively within the payroll team, reporting to the Payroll Co-ordinator Supervisor.
- Assist with international payroll preparation and liaise with their other local offices and clients worldwide.
- Communicate effectively with third-party providers both locally and internationally.
- Handle ad hoc queries, using initiative to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all work is delivered to strict deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years’ payroll experience.
- Previous experience in a professional services environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
- A team player with a proactive approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
