We are searching for a Payroll Executive in County Derry for a fulltime permanent role (Hybrid Working (1 Day WFH Per Week) Salary: 40,000Our client, a highly successful and rapidly growing organisation within the engineering and manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join their finance team based in County Derry.This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of payroll operations while working closely with HR, Finance and operational teams. The successful candidate will support a workforce of approximately 200 employees across weekly and monthly payrolls, with significant business growth planned over the coming years.The RoleAs Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and company policies.Working alongside an existing Payroll Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality payroll service while supporting process improvements and system efficiencies as the business continues to expand.Key Responsibilities End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls. Processing payroll for hourly paid and salaried employees. Calculating overtime, shift allowances, statutory payments and deductions. Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data.
