Payroll Coordinator

Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Rugby based client in their search for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a dynamic payroll function which is responsible for taking ownership of weekly and month payrolls from start to finish for 1000+ employees. This position offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home). Daily duties and experience required includes: Experience working on a large in-house payroll, with end to end payroll responsibilities Processing starters and leavers Calculating holiday and national insurance Calculating SSP, SMP and SPP Manual calculations experience Query resolution Up to date payroll legislation knowledge Confident user of Excel In return my client is offering the opportunity to join a market leading business with career progression prospects, free on site parking and they are easily accessible by public transport.
