This is a part-time role offering 20 hours per week, with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days onsite in Coventry and 1 day working from home.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for flexibility and the potential for a long-term position.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing end-to-end payroll on a weekly and/or monthly basisEnsuring payroll is accurate, compliant, and processed on timeManaging starters, leavers, and employee changes within payroll systemsHandling statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and pension contributionsProcessing timesheets and reconciling payroll dataResolving payroll-related queries from employees in a timely mannerMaintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulationsSupporting audits and reporting requirements as neededKey RequirementsPrevious experience in a payroll position (essential)Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirementsExperience with payroll systems (e.g. Sage, ADP, or similar)High level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to handle confidential ..... full job details .....
