Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a company in Bradford who are looking for a Payroll and HR Coordinator to join their team. This is a part-time (30 hours) opportunity working Monday to Friday, where you will have full autonomy over the payroll within the company working closely with the finance team.Main Duties:Administer and process weekly and monthly payrollProcess payments to HMRC in line with statutory deadlinesReconcile all payroll reports to the nominal ledgerMaintain and administer the online payslip portalProduce weekly absence and overtime reportsBalance HMRC records, including P32 and Apprenticeship Levy SubmissionsSet up and manage Attachments of Earnings Orders, CMA, CAPS, DEA and similar deductionsManage holiday entitlements, sickness and absence recordsProvide monthly holiday reports for managerAdminister the clocking in system, including onboarding new employees and resolving daily anomaliesProvide general HR administrative supportPrepare contracts and employee correspondenceYou will need to demonstrate:Proven experience in end-to-end payroll (weekly and monthly)Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and statutory payroll requirementsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsFamiliarity with payroll systemsKnowledge of GDPR and data protection ..... full job details .....
