Payroll Coordinator

Interaction Recruitment are working in partnership with a large manufacturing company based in SCUNTHORPE who are looking for an EXPERIENCED PAYROLL COORDINATOR to join their team on a part-time basis, starting immediately.4 days per week - 30 hours The successful candidate will be overseeing and coordinating weekly and monthly payroll for circa 200 employees. Key Responsibilities Checking the number of hours employees have worked Calculating wages and salaries Issuing employees wages on time Calculating pay rises, shift payments and overtime compensation as per legislation. Working with the HR department to ensure employee records are up to date and accurate on the HR system. Issuing tax forms and related documentation Deducting tax and insurance payments Resolving employee issues with pay in a professional and timely manner Reporting and auditing of payroll information Person Specification Previous payroll experience (Bright HR and Sage experience desirable) General Microsoft Office skills Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills Ability to prioritise tasks effectively Strong interpersonal skills To be considered for this role, click ''APPLY'' and if successful, the relevant consultant will be ..... full job details .....
