With 30,000+ employees worldwide and 5bn+ revenue.The RoleAs Payroll Co-ordinator, you''ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services across multiple contracts within a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end payroll processing across multiple contracts within agreed timeframesProcess pay in line with various pay agreementsManage new starters, leavers, and associated paymentsCalculate statutory leave, occupational entitlements, and back pay where requiredProduce and analyse payroll reports for internal stakeholdersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and HMRC requirementsEnsure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and audit standardsSupport payroll sign-off processes alongside the Payroll SupervisorAudit peer work to ensure accuracy and provide feedbackExperience and QualificationsProven payroll experience in a multi-site, multi-contract environmentStrong background in busy, fast-paced payroll operationsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel skillsUp-to-date understanding of payroll and pension legislation and HMRC reportingCIPP qualification (or equivalent) desirable, but not ..... full job details .....
