Westhoughton. -26k - -30k doe. Hours can be worked across 4/5 days A well established manufacturing firm based in Westhoughton are looking for an experienced Payroll Co-ordinator to join a team of 2. Your duties will include; Processing pay for circa 350 weekly paid staff who are based across various sites, using a clocking system. Ensuring hours are inputted correctly, checking for missing or incorrect entries Recording holiday, sick pay, maternity/paternity leave Calculating any overtime payments are paid correctly Making amendments to employee details Entering new starters onto the system and ensuring that leavers are sent the correct paperwork Ensuring full compliance with current payroll legislation at all times To be successful, you will have previous Payroll experience - ideally across multi sites. Proven experience managing time and attendance data within a payroll environment is also highly desired, along with strong IT skills - particularly Excel.
