Payroll Co-ordinator

Our client-is seeking a professional and detail-focussed Payroll Co-ordinator to deliver the monthly payroll function across their multi-site organisation.-

The role includes payroll processing, pensions administration, payroll reporting, reconciliations and supporting managers and employees with payroll-related queries and system use.

The role:

The role works closely with HR, Finance and Training and is responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records and robust payroll processes across the organisation.-

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

• End-to-end payroll experience
• Knowledge of payroll systems and reporting processes
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work to strict payroll and reporting deadlines
• Professional and confidential approach to work.

Experience of SelectPay, Planday, LGPS & NEST pension schemes would be advantageous, although training will be provided.
