We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Client Manager to join our London Blackfriars office. This is an opportunity supporting the Payroll Team in providing an efficient and comprehensive payroll service to clients. Key responsibilities of a Payroll Client Manager will include: Proven experience in managing a payroll function within a multi-client or complex payroll environment. Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, statutory requirements and auto-enrolment, with experience of managing UK payrolls. Experience coordinating payroll legislative updates and completing year-end payroll processes accurately and on time. Communicate confidently with clients, colleagues and HMRC, providing clear guidance and timely responses to payroll queries. Build strong client relationships by managing expectations, maintaining a client-focused approach and offering practical advisory support. Supervise and support team members where required.
