This fully office-based role in Middlesbrough offers complexity, autonomy, and the chance to support a major international transport fleet. Key Responsibilities Managing multi-region portfolios - Oversee end-to-end payroll delivery for a total headcount of approximately 250 delivery drivers. End-to-end payroll oversight - Manage 60 monthly UK payrolls alongside 150 weekly and 20-30 monthly US payrolls. System ownership - Utilise ADP, Sage, and Time & Attendance (T&A) software to log hours, manage variances, and ensure smooth delivery.
