Payroll AuditorASAP Start Location: HolbornWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Auditor to join a well-established international retail business. This role will act as a key representative within the Payroll team, supporting UK operations and ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the business.The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll validation, audit processes, issue resolution, compliance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong UK payroll experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct end-to-end payroll validation, including pre- and post-payroll audits, variance analysis, and payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.Analyse payroll data using Excel and reporting tools to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.Act as a subject matter expert for payroll and HR systems, supporting issue resolution, maintaining data integrity, and driving process enhancements.Assist with payroll-related projects, system implementations, process improvements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.Ensure payroll processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks where necessary.Maintain and update payroll procedures and process documentation to promote consistency and best practice across ..... full job details .....
