Search are currently recruiting for Part Time Payroll Assistant to join a growing business based in Kirklees. This role will be supporting the Payroll Manager with end to end payroll processing.
Job Duties:
- Assist with payroll processing for weekly, fortnightly and monthly for a portfolio of clients
- Inputting payroll data into the system ensuring accuracy at all times
- Supporting with auto pension enrolment
- Processing of starters and leavers, P45''s , P60''s and P11d''s
- Liaise with HMRC directly for payroll submission
- Responding to any payroll queries that arise
Successful candidate will posses:
- Worked in a similar role previously
- Working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC submissions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to timed deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Microsoft proficient
