If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for payroll processing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What You''ll Do:As a Payroll Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Processing Payrolls: Handle payroll in Real Time Information (RTI) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Auto Enrolment Pensions: Administer and operate auto enrolment pensions with precision.Reporting: Produce payroll reports and spreadsheets for internal and client use.Statutory Payments: Administer SSP, SMP, SPP entitlements, and other statutory payments.Calculations: Calculate sickness, holiday entitlements, and redundancy payments accurately.Tax Documents: Process all necessary tax documents, including P45s, P46s, P60s, and student loans.Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous payroll records covering sickness, holidays, maternity/paternity leave, and salary sacrifice schemes.BACS Transfers: Set up BACS transfers for client salaries and PAYE liabilities to HMRC.Year-End Declarations: Submit final year-end declarations and handle queries from clients and HMRC.Manual Calculations: Undertake manual ..... full job details .....
