Payroll Assistant Elite US law firm with ultra-modern offices in the City is seeking an ambitious and proactive Payroll Assistant. In this role, you''ll assist in managing end-to-end payroll and processing, working closely with internal teams across Finance and HR, ensuring payrolls are accurate, compliant and timely each month. Payroll Assistant - What You''ll Be Doing: Support with all UK payroll and other EMEA offices Enter new starter details, process leavers, and input payroll variables to meet payroll deadlines Flag any discrepancies or missing information and process P45s Provide P11D and PSA preparation support Work closely with HR and Finance colleagues on payroll submissions and approvals Maintain a strong working knowledge of current UK payroll legislation Prepare and upload pension data in compliance with the pension''s regulator Upload monthly client invoices for payment Work closely with the US team in processing shadow payrolls Payroll Assistant - What We''re Looking For: 2-3 years'' ..... full job details .....
