Payroll Coordinator (Full time or Part Time considered) Petersfield, Hampshire (must drive due to location) Salary: £DOE About the Role We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our growing team based in Petersfield. Key Responsibilities Processing weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time. Managing payroll data, including starters, leavers, and changes to employee records. Calculating statutory payments, deductions, overtime, and pensions. Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation. Submitting payroll information and reports as required. Responding to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining confidential payroll records and documentation. Supporting payroll audits and year-end processes. Requirements Previous payroll experience is essential. Experience using Sage Payroll and/or BrightPay is required. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently. Strong communication and administrative skills.
