You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services while supporting wider reward and HR processes.   Key Responsibilities Payroll & Compliance Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC and statutory requirements Produce payroll documentation including payslips, P45s and P60s Administer statutory payments including maternity, paternity and other leave-related pay Process and reconcile pension contributions in line with auto-enrolment regulations Liaise with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely submissions Support employees and managers with payroll, pension and tax-related queries Ensure accurate Benefit in Kind report...
