We''re seeking a Payroll and Reward Analyst to join a busy HR Operations team, acting as the go-to expert for payroll, reward and benefits queries across the UK and Ireland. You''ll work closely with stakeholders, external providers and specialist teams to deliver an accurate, compliant and seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert for Payroll and Reward, supporting complex queries and escalations. Ensure payroll, reward and benefits processes are delivered accurately and compliantly. Manage relationships with payroll providers and key stakeholders. Partner with Tax, Legal, Pensions and Benefits teams to support end-to-end processes. Monitor legislative changes and support implementation of updates. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. Support HR projects and wider business change programmes. Share knowledge and best practice across the team. About You You''ll have: Payroll experience within a medium-to-large organisation. Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
