Payroll and Reconciliations Advisor
We are currently working with one of the largest non-for profit organisations in the North-West, who are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Reconciliations Advisor on a permanent basis.The role is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, offers a salary of £30,700 and will be a mix of office presence in Liverpool and working from home. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering payroll, pensions and benefit services.Duties will include (but not limited to):Delivering monthly analysis and reconciliation of pay, benefits and control accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with required standards and timescalesProviding specialist technical expertise throughout the payroll and benefits lifecycle, liaising with third parties (HMRC and Regulators) regarding submissions, payments, deductions, tax treatment and statutory changesCarrying out pension activities for contractual and auto-enrolment services across the Group pensions schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations at all timesPerforming accurate data calculations and analysis of payrolls for the Group and its subsidiaries, including statutory and occupational payments and deductionsExperience required:Strong level of Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot TablesProven track record of delivering payroll, pensions and benefit servicesRewards and benefits:Flexible working from home policy28 days holidays plus bank holidaysFlexible working options availableInvestment in ..... full job details .....
