The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys sharing knowledge, developing people and driving best practice. As our Payroll and Pensions Trainer, you''ll design and deliver high-quality training programmes focused on education payroll and pensions, ensuring our teams have the knowledge and confidence to provide exceptional service to our customers. You''ll work with a wide range of stakeholders, delivering training both remotely and face-to-face while creating engaging learning content and supporting continuous improvement across our operations. What You''ll Be Doing Designing and delivering payroll and pensions training programmes. Providing specialist expertise on Teachers'' Pension Scheme (TPS), LGPS and education-sector payroll regulations. Creating engaging learning materials, guides, assessments and e-learning content.
