Payroll and Pensions Officer

You will be responsible for processing the monthly payroll for three entities of the Group. The role will involve multi-frequency payrolls and calculations of different contract terms and conditions. They offer a generous holiday and benefits package to ensure team members receive the right work life balanceDescriptionDuties and tasks of the Payroll and Pensions Officer:Experience of working in a Payroll and Pensions position with a high level of customer interactionExperience processing and administering pension schemesInput and process HR and payroll data in a timely and accurate manner to ensure continual SLA adherence and resolve and provide advice and guidance on payroll queries from employees, HMRC, and other 3rd partiesTrack record in delivering an efficient and timely payroll service within a Group structure organisation with multiple payrollsProcess multi frequency payrolls including part time, full time, enhanced hours, overtime, weekend rates etcProcess end to end payroll including adding all stater/ leaver contract using the HR and Payroll integrated softwareProcess company maternity, sick pay, occupational sick, parental and statutory requirementsProcess AOE, student loans, court ordersRTI submissions and calculations to HMRC/ FPS and EPS submissionsProcess pay slips, P60s, P45s and submit monthly reports ProfileExperience required for ..... full job details .....
