This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys end-to-end payroll processing and wants to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking business. The Role You''ll be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with current legislation and providing a high level of service to employees and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end processing of monthly payroll for circa 400 employees Pension administration, including auto-enrolments and reconciliations HMRC submissions and payment reconciliations Handling statutory payments (maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental, bereavement, etc.) Performing manual payroll calculations where required Maintaining strict confidentiality of payroll data Supporting continuous improvement across payroll processes About You Minimum 3 years'' payroll experience (in-house or bureau) Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and auto-enrolment Confident with statutory payments and manual calculations Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Proactive, able to work independently, and ..... full job details .....
