Payroll and HR Partner

Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a exciting and dynamic retail business in Central Manchester who are currently recruiting for a Payroll and HR Partner to join their team. Working for an established business with a fantastic reputation, you will be responsible for running end to end in house payroll as well as providing HR advice and support. Key Objectives: Working within a small, vibrant Payroll and HR team you ensure accurate and timely in-house payroll production for over 10 sitesExcellent Service deliveryEnd to End PayrollMaintain working knowledge and understanding of current statutory regulationsBusiness partnering - HR advice and support including employee relations, sickness statutory leave Key Duties/Tasks:You will be responsible for running end to end payroll for over 10 sites with a range of shifts and complexitiesUp to date on payroll legislationStrong knowledge and understanding of tax, statutory payments, minimum and living wage updatesPerform manual calculations as and when requiredAbility to communicate at all levelsUnderstand the payroll deadlines and requirementsClear and concise communication, both written and verbal Ability to work on own and within part of a teamHR knowledge to support site managers on all aspects of HR queriesHR advice and support including employee relations, sickness, SSP, SMP Desirable skills and attributes:You will have had previous payroll experience ideally in retailA keen eye for detailEnjoy working within a ..... full job details .....
