Search are currently working in conjunction with a large organisation based in Halifax who are looking to recruit a HR and Payroll Manager to join the business. Job Duties:Processing end to end monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance - also overseeing weekly payroll when other team members offOverseeing all employee records including: starters, leavers, any pay changes and any deductions that need to be madeOverseeing pension contributions and enrolment for employeesEnsure HMRC compliance at all timesAdvised on any payroll queries that may ariseOverseeing the HR lifecycle for the business including recruitment, probation, inductions and exit interviewsUpdating HR records and ensuring compliance at all timesSupporting management with any employee relations Candidate must possess:Working knowledge of SAGE and also Microsoft proficientCIPD Level 5 (Desirable)End to end payroll processing knowledgeKnowledgeable with employment law and HMRC legislationStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage timed deadlines What''s on offer:Salary up to 45000 per annum28 days annual leave (banks including)Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00PensionFree on site parkingSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age. ..... full job details .....
