This is a payroll-led position with responsibility for coordinating and administering the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.Alongside payroll responsibilities, the successful candidate will provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, helping to ensure a positive and efficient employee experience.This role would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a strong understanding of payroll processes and legislation, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll (Primary Focus)Manage and coordinate the monthly payroll process for all employees.Ensure all payroll data is accurately processed, validated and submitted within agreed deadlines.Administer salary changes, overtime payments, bonuses, allowances, deductions and statutory payments.Process starters, leavers and contractual changes within payroll systems.Liaise with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll queries and discrepancies.Reconcile payroll reports and support month-end activities.Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, pension auto-enrolment requirements and ..... full job details .....
