Payroll and HR Benefits Manager
We are currently partnered with a reputable global corporate services leader who are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager to join them on a 14-month fixed term contract. This role will be a sole role managing and processing 3 small inhouse payrolls. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Running start to finish inhouse payroll on a monthly basisTaking complete ownership of the entire payroll and benefits functionReconcile monthly pension queriesPreparation of month end journalsCreate and prepare reports for managementInvestigate all discrepancies and resolve issues related to payroll processingDesign and implement payroll processes, to streamline processesAssist with annual audits Experience/expectation: Experience managing a payroll function including pensions and benefitsAbility to communicate with stakeholders/internal employees at all levelsMeet with auditors to ensure a smooth processCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll records They are interviewing immediately, please apply if interested 51174OCINDPAYPortfolio Payroll Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
